ProGen PRP

ProGen PRP Eclipse — FDA 510(k)

ProGen PRP uses the Eclipse one-spin centrifuge system to concentrate the platelets in your own blood, then re-introduces them into the skin through microneedling or intradermal injection. The platelets release growth factors that recruit collagen, elastin, and capillary repair — a regenerative cascade that compounds over a three-session series.

How it works

The science, plainly.

A clinician draws a small vial of your blood and processes it in the ProGen PRP Eclipse centrifuge, separating concentrated platelets from red cells. The PRP is reactivated with calcium chloride to release growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF) and applied either through microneedling channels or by precise intradermal injection across the face, neck, or scalp.

Your visit

What to expect in the room.

Blood draw (3 to 4 mL), a 12-minute centrifuge spin, then 30 to 45 minutes of microneedling or precision injection. Pinpoint redness for 24 hours; full recovery by day 3. You will leave with a damp serum on the skin — leave it overnight.

Aftercare

Leave the serum film on overnight. No active skincare for 48 hours. SPF 50 and gentle cleansing only for one week.

Results — over time

The honest timeline.

Individual response varies. What follows is the typical arc we observe in our clinic.

  1. 01Week 1

Brightening and tone improvement become visible.

  2. 02Month 1

    Texture refines; early collagen response.

  3. 03After Series

Cumulative skin-quality gain; results hold 9 to 12 months with maintenance.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear most.

Is PRP the same as 'vampire facial'?
The mechanism is the same — autologous PRP applied through microneedling. We prefer the clinical name. Same biology, none of the theatre.
How is ProGen different from other PRP kits?
ProGen PRP Eclipse is a single-spin closed system that consistently yields 7 to 15 mL of concentrated PRP. The single-spin protocol is faster and reduces handling variability between providers.
Can I do PRP and filler in the same visit?
We typically stagger them. PRP first, then injectable filler 1 to 2 weeks later so the skin is calm and the canvas is even.
